What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law that came into effect on May 25, 2018. It applies to all organizations that process personal data of individuals within the European Union.

Our Commitment

Motion AI is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all our users. We have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements.

Scope of Application

Our GDPR compliance applies to all personal data processing activities, including data collection, storage, usage, and sharing, for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data Protection Principles

How we protect your data and comply with GDPR

Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency

We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner. We provide clear information about how we use personal data and obtain consent where required.

Purpose Limitation

Personal data is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

Data Minimization

We collect and process only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, ensuring we don't collect excessive or irrelevant information.

Accuracy

We take every reasonable step to ensure that personal data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Users can update their information at any time through their account settings.

Storage Limitation

Personal data is kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed.

Integrity and Confidentiality

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
